- App diagnostics and crash logs (for stability and bug fixing).
- Usage events (feature usage, paywall events, purchase flow events).
- Device/app metadata (app version, OS version, device model, locale, anonymous app instance ID).
- Optional feedback data you submit (email address, message, diagnostics).
- Voice command transcript sent to our backend for AI command parsing.
- Local network TV discovery/connection metadata (e.g., TV brand, local host/IP, connection status).
2. How We Use Data
- Provide TV discovery, pairing, and remote control features.
- Enable AI voice command interpretation.
- Operate subscriptions and entitlement checks.
- Detect abuse, monitor reliability, and improve product quality.
- Respond to support and troubleshooting requests.

- Apple StoreKit (in-app subscriptions/purchases)
- OpenAI (AI command parsing via our proxy)

4. Tracking and Advertising
We do not use third-party advertising SDKs and do not track users across apps/websites for advertising purposes.
5. Data Retention
We keep operational logs/diagnostics only as long as needed for service reliability and support, typically up to 90-180 days unless a longer retention period is legally required.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We only share necessary data with service providers required to operate the app.
7. International Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries outside your region. We apply reasonable safeguards where required.
