Privacy Policy

Effective Date: April 26, 2026

WhoPaid is designed to help users track jobs, payments, clients, and work records. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

When you use WhoPaid, you may enter information such as client names, job titles, job types, job dates, payment amounts, payment status, notes, and currency preferences.

If you choose to sign in with Apple, we may receive your Apple-provided account identifier and, if you allow it, your email address. Apple may provide a private relay email address instead of your personal email address.

How We Use Information

We use your information to provide the app's core features, including saving job records, showing unpaid jobs, calculating unpaid amounts, syncing your data across devices, and backing up your records when you sign in.

Cloud Sync and Storage

If you use sign-in or backup features, your job data may be stored securely using our backend service provider, Supabase. If you do not sign in, your data may remain stored locally on your device.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for third-party advertising or tracking. We may share data only with service providers needed to operate the app, such as authentication, database hosting, and cloud sync providers.

Analytics and Tracking

WhoPaid does not use your personal job records for advertising tracking. If analytics are added in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated to explain what is collected and why.

Data Retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to provide the app's features, unless you delete it or request deletion. Local data may remain on your device until you delete the app or remove the records.

Your Choices

You can add, edit, or delete job records inside the app. You can choose whether to sign in with Apple. You may also contact us to request account or data deletion.

Children's Privacy

WhoPaid is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above.
